For the safety of all students and volunteers, all volunteers are screened and fingerprinted.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
In order to be eligible to volunteer at this event, you must be:
- a current member of Calvary Chapel of Phelan for a minimum of 6 months
- complete a Capital Live Scan Background Check
- all youth volunteers (6th-12th) must be approved by the Youth Pastor.
If you are an ADULT (18+) member of our church who wants to sign up to serve at this event, please download the PDF below and return it to the main office completed.
Once the application is completed, an office staff member will give you a fingerprint application to complete the background screening.
If you are a YOUTH (Jr./Sr. High) member of our church who wants to sign up to serve at this event, please download the PDF below and return it to the main office completed.
Once the application is completed, an office staff member will give you a parent consent form that needs to be signed by the Youth Pastor and returned to the main office.
